CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

List of personal data

We are entitled to process following personal data of User:

• SteamID64;
• Public Steam profile name (nickname);
• Avatar and link to Steam profile;
• CS2 inventory data (fetched in real time directly from Steam services solely for display in Application and not stored permanently);
• IP address;
• Technical device information (model, operating system, Application version);
• Usage data of Application (page views, actions within Application, cookies and similar technologies).

Steam-related data is obtained directly from Steam services with User's consent upon authorization.

Purposes of personal data processing

Personal data is processed exclusively for following purposes:

• Providing access to Application features (searching partners for P2P CS2 skin exchanges, displaying profile, inventory, and listings);
• Ensuring proper functioning of Application, usage analytics, and service quality improvement;
• Managing access to extended features (technical support and status verification);
• Ensuring security, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal requirements.

Methods of personal data processing

Processing includes collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data using automated means and without such means.

Duration of consent

This consent is valid from the moment it is given (by checking the corresponding box during registration or use of the Application) until it is withdrawn or for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing or comply with applicable law (but no longer than 3 years after the User ceases to use the Application).

Right to withdraw consent

The User may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written request to the email address: skindealer.trade@gmail.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. After withdrawal, processing of personal data ceases, except where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or legal obligations.

Transfer of personal data to third parties

Personal data may be transferred to third parties only in following cases:

• Analytics service providers — in anonymized (de-identified) form only;
• Public authorities — upon lawful request in accordance with applicable law.

We do not collect, store, or process User's payment credentials. CS2 inventory data is fetched directly from Steam services and is not transferred to third parties.

Measures to protect personal data

We undertake to take necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, provision, dissemination, or other unlawful actions.

Rights of the data subject

The User has right to:

• Obtain information about their personal data;
• Access, correct, block, or delete data;
• Restrict processing;
• Data portability;
• Withdraw consent;
• Lodge a complaint with relevant supervisory authority (in the EU — with data protection authority of their Member State; in other jurisdictions — with appropriate body).

Additional provisions for users in European Union (GDPR)

If the User is located in the European Union, processing of personal data is carried out based on their consent and/or for performance of a contract. The User may contact us regarding personal data protection issues at the email address: skindealer.trade@gmail.com.

Digital Services Act (DSA) – Trader Status for users in European Union

We are not a trader within the meaning of Articles 30 and 31 of Digital Services Act (DSA). This Application is provided as a non-commercial hobby tool with no monetization, in-app purchases, advertisements, or revenue generation. Therefore, consumer rights stemming from applicable consumer protection laws of European Union do not apply to contracts between you and us.
