PUBLIC OFFER on Providing Access to Digital Services and Subscription

1. General Provisions

1.1. This document is an official offer (public offer) of Individual Entrepreneur Mavlikhanov R.A. (hereinafter referred to as the "Copyright Holder") to conclude an agreement on the terms set forth below.

1.2. In accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this document is a public offer.

1.3. Full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer is considered to be the User's actions aimed at using the Service, including registration, payment for the Subscription, or the actual use of paid features.

2. Terms and Definitions

• User — an individual using the Service.
• Service — the website https://skindealer.trade/ and the mobile application "SkinDealer".
• Subscription — paid access to the extended functionality of the Service.
• Recurring payment — automatic periodic debiting of funds for the Subscription.
• Content — any digital features, data, and materials provided through the Service.

3. Subject of the Agreement

3.1. The Copyright Holder grants the User access to the functionality of the Service, including paid features, and the User agrees to comply with the terms of this Offer.

3.2. The Service is a digital product and is provided "as is".

4. Registration and Use of the Service

4.1. Access to the Service is provided via authentication through Steam OpenID.

4.2. The User confirms that they use the Service voluntarily and are aware of the potential risks associated with digital services and third-party platforms.

5. Subscription Terms, Cost, and Payment Procedure

5.1. The Subscription provides access to the extended features of the Service (auto-bump of listings, crown badge next to the avatar, ability to send SuperTrade more often, increased rating, priority support).

5.2. Available plans and prices at the time of publication of the Offer:

• PRO Subscription for 1 month — 390 rubles;
• PRO Subscription for 3 months — 1050 rubles;
• PRO Subscription for 6 months — 1950 rubles.

5.3. The cost of Subscriptions may be changed by the Copyright Holder unilaterally. Users will be notified of price changes in the Service interface (notification in the app and/or on the website) at least 7 calendar days before the new prices take effect. Changes do not apply to already paid subscription periods.

5.4. Payment is made in cashless form through the RoboKassa payment aggregator and other connected payment tools.

5.5. The Copyright Holder does not receive or store the User's payment details.

6. Recurring Payments (Subscription)

6.1. By subscribing, the User consents to recurring (automatic) payments.

6.2. Debiting of funds is carried out automatically for each billing period in the amount of the selected plan's cost.

6.3. Procedure for debiting funds:

• The first debit occurs at the moment of successful payment for the Subscription.
• Subsequent debits are made on the same date of each following billing period as the date of the first payment (for example, if the first payment was made on February 25, 2026, the next debit will occur on March 25, 2026, for a monthly subscription, May 25, 2026, for a three-month subscription, and August 25, 2026, for a six-month subscription).
• If there is no such date in the month (e.g., February 31), the debit is made on the last day of the month.
• Debit time — during the day on the specified date (the exact time depends on the User's card-issuing bank and the RoboKassa payment aggregator, usually between 00:00 and 23:59 Moscow time).

6.4. In case of an unsuccessful debit (insufficient funds, card block, etc.), the RoboKassa payment aggregator will make up to 4 (four) repeated attempts to debit with an interval of 1 to 7 calendar days.

6.5. The User has the right to cancel the Subscription at any time:

• through the personal account in the Service interface (the "Subscriptions" or "Settings" section);
• through the personal account of the RoboKassa payment service (via the link provided in the payment confirmation email or in the application).

6.6. Canceling the Subscription stops further debits but does not entail a refund for the already paid period. Access to premium features is retained until the end of the current paid period.

6.7. On the checkout page, the User must check the box "I consent to regular (recurring) debits of funds in accordance with the selected Subscription plan, to the processing of personal data, and I accept the terms of this Public Offer". The consent text contains a link to this Offer.

7. Refund Policy

7.1. Refunds for digital services and Subscriptions are not provided, as the services are considered rendered from the moment access to premium features is granted.

7.2. Exceptions are possible only in cases directly provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation (for example, in case of technical impossibility to provide the service due to the fault of the Copyright Holder).

7.3. In case of Subscription cancellation, refunds for the unused part of the period are not provided.

8. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

8.1. The Copyright Holder has the right to:

• change the functionality of the Service;
• suspend the operation of the Service for maintenance work;
• restrict User access in case of violation of the Offer terms.

8.2. The User undertakes to:

• use the Service only for lawful purposes;
• not disrupt the operation of the Service;
• not make attempts at unauthorized access.

9. Liability of the Parties

9.1. The Copyright Holder is not responsible for:

• interruptions in the operation of the Service;
• actions of third parties and third-party platforms (including Steam);
• possible losses of the User.

9.2. The User uses the Service at their own risk.

10. Personal Data

10.1. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Service website.

10.2. Acceptance of this Offer constitutes the User's agreement with the Privacy Policy.

11. Final Provisions

11.1. The Copyright Holder has the right to modify this Offer at any time by notifying Users in the Service interface.

11.2. The new version takes effect from the moment of its publication on the website.

11.3. Applicable law is the law of the Russian Federation.
